2026 Registration Now Open

Woodland Homecoming welcomes local crafters, organizations and booth vendors to take part in our community celebration at Herald E. Classic Memorial Park.

Registered booth vendors may operate a booth on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Space is limited, so interested participants should complete the registration form as soon to reserve their spot.


Guidelines for Booth Vendors

Our booth vendors are an important part of our Homecoming Celebration. To ensure a great weekend for guests, neighbors and vendors, the Homecoming Association asks all booth vendors to review the rules and guidelines.

  • Friday, September 4, 2026

    • No vendor booth operations may occur on Friday. Set-up is allowed only during the designated time described below.

    • Set-up time will be available Friday from 5:30 PM until sundown (approximately 8:30 PM).

    Saturday, September 5, 2026

    • The earliest vendors may begin set-up or operations is sunrise (approximately 6:45 AM).

    • All booths must close and begin wrap-up activities at sundown (approximately 8:30 PM).

    • Vendors should arrive and complete setup before major pedestrian traffic and parade activities begin.

    Sunday, September 6, 2026

    • No vendor booth operations may occur on Sunday.

    • Due to parade staging and increased pedestrian traffic, vehicle access may become limited beginning around 12:30 PM Saturday. (Parade begins at 1:00 PM)

    • Vendors are strongly encouraged to complete unloading and setup before noon Saturday whenever possible.

    • For safety reasons, vehicle movement within event areas may be restricted during active event hours.

  • The items listed under “Prohibited Item(s)” are restricted to prevent disruptions to nearby residents and event activities, and to ensure that official event announcements can be heard throughout the park.

    Prohibited Item(s)

    • Portable amplified sound systems

    • Strobe lighting effects

    • Flashing or laser-style lighting effects

    This list is not exhaustive, and all vendors and participants are expected to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • Vendors may request preferred booth locations through the vendor booth registration process. The Woodland Homecoming Association will make final placement decisions based on:

    • Space availability

    • Event logistics

    • Safety considerations

    • Vendor mix and traffic flow

    Space is limited and vendor registration may close once capacity is reached.
