Every year, the Woodland Homecoming Celebration recognizes a young woman from our community that personifies the spirit, dedication and pride of Woodland.
Miss Woodland is a dedicated young woman from the Woodland area who has a passion for giving back to her community, demonstrates leadership in her school, and takes pride in her small-town roots. If selected, Miss Woodland will receive
VIP honors in the Homecoming Parade and Homecoming Ceremony
Featured article in the Hastings Reminder & Lakewood News written by the Woodland Homecoming Association
Complimentary sash, tiara, framed certificate, and a $100 cash prize.
Apply to be Miss Woodland here! The application process is quick. The memories will last a lifetime.
The deadline for applications is June 22, 2026.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Miss Woodland, applicants must meet these requirements:
Be a female student on track to graduate from high school in 2027.
Have a 48897 ZIP Code and/or reside in Woodland Township.

All eligible students were sent an official invitation to their school email account.

Miss Woodland is not exclusive to one high school. Girls in home-school, who attend other a high school other than Lakewood, and meet the eligibility requirements listed above are eligible to apply.
